fix: remove SERIAL_CONSOLES_CHECK from all machines configuration 

This variable was removed in OE-Core 4.3 Nanbield::

     no longer necessary because all consoles listed in
     SERIAL_CONSOLES are checked for their existence before a getty
     is started.
