feat(coreos-installer): add coreos-installer and emmc support
...
Now coreos-installer can be used with Beaglebone and cn9130-cf-pro
to install CoreOS into the emmc instead of booting only on the
SDCard

refactor: rename coreos-image-full-cmdline to coreos-image-demo
...
coreos-image-full-cmdline contains more than command line utils.
It's the image that we usually use for our demo so let's use that
name.
