Use only fitImage for all HWs
...
zImage is not required anymore since we are now packing everything
in fitImages.
Plus, KERNEL_IMAGETYPES should not be modified manually, it is
generated using KERNEL_IMAGETYPE and KERNEL_ALT_IMAGETYPE
