And make it dependent on MACHINE_FEATURES.
These firmwares are required for the chip to function properly.

legacy-bsp/conf/machine: Fix sitara machine to boot ramdisk images
UBOOT_MACHINE is required by the fitimage recipe.
SERIAL_CONSOLES is required to open the login shell on the right
interfaces.
