arm: dts: k3-j721e-common-proc-board: enable hyperflash mux sel GPIO 

add wkup_gpio pinmux setting which will be used for performing the
DT fixup for hbmc node according to mux selection state, on J721E
EVM, hypermux sel is tied to ·WKUP_GPIO0_8.
