tdx-cfg-block: fix off by one issue 

Fix toradex_modules array off by one issue potentially leading to
spurious printout during boot e.g.

    Model: Toradex  V1.2A,

instead of

    Model: Toradex UNKNOWN MODULE V1.2A.
