Too many macros are used in fsl_avbkey.c and
make it difficult to maintain.
This patch made some refine by:
1. Move all avb/atx operations to fsl_avb.c.
2. Refine the functions logic.
3. Drop some unsupported conditions/functions.
Test: build and boot on
imx8qm_mek/imx8mq_evk/imx6qp_sabresd/imx7d_pico/imx8m_aiy.
