The slot rollback system is intended for normal boot failures after an
OTA, and therefore, we should not attempt to change slots based on a
failure to boot to recovery (or any other non-normal boot sequence).

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

For A/B system update support the Android boot process requires to send
'androidboot.slot_suffix' parameter as a command line argument. This
patch implementes 'ab_select' command which allows us to obtain current
slot by processing the A/B metadata.
The patch was extracted from commit [1] with one modification: the
separator for specifying the name of metadata partition was changed
from ';' to '#', because ';' is used for commands separation.
