Simon Glass 0e1fad4382 dm: core: Drop header files from dm/test.h 
These header file should not be included in other header files. Remove
them and add to each individual file. Add test/test.h to test/ui.h since
that is a reasonable place.

Simon Glass ce6d99a056 dm: sound: Create a uclass for audio codecs 
An audio codec provides a way to convert digital data to sound and vice
versa. Add a simple uclass which just supports setting the parameters for
the codec.
