Simon Glass c2bf0dfaa3 x86: Drop interrupt support in 64-bit mode 
This is not currently supported, so drop the code.

Bin Meng 6c5052716e x86: Rename CONFIG_SYS_NUM_IRQS to SYS_NUM_IRQS 
CONFIG_SYS_NUM_IRQS is actually not something we can configure,
but an architecture defined number of ISA IRQs. Move it from
x86-common.h to asm/interrupt.h and rename it to SYS_NUM_IRQS.

Albert ARIBAUD fa82f871c8 Convert ISO-8859 files to UTF-8 
There was a mix of UTF-8 and ISO-8859 files in the U-Boot source
tree, which could cause issues with the patchwork review system.
This commit converts all ISO-8859 files to UTF-8.
