Big white-space cleanup.
...
This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

Eliminate gcc 4 'used uninitialized' warnings in drivers/qe/uccf.c

give initial values for reg_num, shift, p_cmxucr in ucc_set_clk_src
since they are passed by reference to ucc_get_cmxucr_reg and assigned.
