Sean Anderson 6d16157426 arm64: Import some ESR and SPSR defines from Linux ... This imports some defines for esr and spsr from Linux v5.16. I have modified the includes and fixed some indentation nits but otherwise it is the same. There are a lot more defines than we need, but it doesn't hurt.
