local.conf: set parallel threads back to 4 (due to 2 jobs in parallel)
...
it is possible that two build jobs run on the same build server (e.g.
mmc- and a ramdisk job). Thus 8 parallel threads are slowing the
build more down than speeding it up.

local.conf: increased the number of parallel threads from 4 to 8 for fct and min
...
as we have now different build directories, the different config files
need to be adapted too
